Activity Host / Snack Bar Sales Assistant (M/F)

As spring approaches, La Forêt des Champos is building its team for its second season!
We are looking for 5 dynamic people with excellent interpersonal skills who want to grow in an environment that combines nature, leisure, and friendliness. You will actively contribute to welcoming visitors, running site activities, and snack bar service to ensure a high-quality visitor experience.
Your missions:
🎭 Entertainment:
- Welcome and interact with visitors to create a friendly atmosphere.
- Lead and supervise various activities depending on your skills and interests (storytelling, theatre, mascot appearances, olympiads, etc.).
- Enforce good conduct rules and ensure visitor safety.
- Contribute to site quality (safety checks, cleanliness, light maintenance).
🍽️ Food service:
- Advise guests and take orders.
- Prepare and serve orders.
- Handle payments and cash register management (experience preferred).
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene at the point of sale (training provided in-house).
Profiles sought:
Depending on your profile, you may be hired exclusively for entertainment, exclusively for food service, or for a versatile role.
Please note that working in an outdoor environment requires good physical condition, the ability to cope with weather conditions (heat, rain), and solid resistance to stress (crowds, incidents, site evacuation) as well as fatigue.
🎭 Entertainment profile:
- Dynamic, friendly, and comfortable engaging with people.
- At ease with children.
- Creative and motivated, with a taste for entertainment and staging.
- A BAFA qualification is a plus, but not required.
- An artistic talent (storytelling, singing, theatre, sport, magic, etc.) is an advantage.
🍽️ Food service profile:
- Dynamic, friendly, and service-oriented.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Comfortable in a demanding work environment (hygiene, cleanliness, safety).
- You have an interest in sales and/or food service.
- Bonus: you have already worked with a cash register.
Availability:
- Position to be filled from April 1 to August 31, 2026.
- Work on weekends and during school holidays.
- Part-time and full-time contracts available.
Conditions:
- Salary: French minimum wage according to the applicable collective agreement.
- Benefits: preferential rates on on-site food service and PSC1 first-aid training covered (unless already certified).
